What’s involved
Navigate one of the Lake District’s most beautiful lakes, abseil down sheer cliff faces, immerse yourself in refreshing cold water, and sleep under the stars. The Keswick Adventure Challenge is made to really test, leaving your whole group with an immense sense of achievement and a big boost of enjoyment.
While no two challenges are exactly the same - it will depend on your group and, sometimes, the weather - you’ll explore the best features of the Lake District landscape including lakes, rivers, mountains, woodlands, and cliff faces. We don’t want to give away too much, but expect to make use of zip wires, rope bridges, and some pretty hefty weights. Be prepared to get wet, too, because we love to splash about in the water!

Day and weekend retreats
The Keswick Adventure Challenge lasts a full day, but you also have the option to extend your experience into a multi-day retreat. This gives you the added opportunity of spending the night as a group, either camping under the stars, in a cosy camping barn surrounded by stunning scenery, or in comfortable self-catered accommodation.
As well as group challenges, you can sample a wide range of other exciting outdoor activities during your multi-day retreat. Then, once the adventures are wrapped up, spend your time exploring Keswick and the surrounding countryside. There are pubs, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, and attractions galore. A few days in this area of the Lake District offers you plenty to do, providing you with a jam-packed and memorable retreat.
